Who We Are
We are all a little weird and life is a little weird, and when we find someone who's weirdness is compatible with ours, we join up with them in mutual weirdness and call it love. Dr. Seuss
Molly and Myles has been selected as one of the best ice cream shops in America by The Today Show and we feel the reason we were selected is because we are not just an ice cream shop but rather an Amazing Experience Shop.
We were also selected as 25 places you must go to before you die if you are a cereal lover by BuzzFeed as we are one of the only ice cream shops in America that makes our cones out of your favorite childhood cereal.
Now please allow us to intruduce ourselves....
Meet the O'Brien's, Molly, Myles, Nicole & Steve. Quite possibly the weirdest family you will meet in Greenville and we take this as a compliment because we look at weird as a side-effect of being awesome.
Our mission is to make the world or at least Greenville a little better, one scoop at a time as a multigenerational gathering place with fun, laughter and happiness at the core of all we do. The world is a big place, made smaller, we believe, by the act of sharing a sweet treat with someone you love. We currate our premium ice cream from multiple dairies throughout America. Each season we add new dairies into our portfolio and we allow our fans to determine which ones stay on the menu based on popularity. This allows our shop to stay fresh and interesting each and every season and allows us to provide the freshest, most creative artisan flavors into truly outstanding ice cream creations.
Our values are not only shown through who we choose as our local farm partners and how we treat our employees, but also in our giving program and social justice work. We give 1% of our sales each year to non-profits in our community. We focus on partnering with artists in our community.
Molly and Myles was founded with five values at its core—we continue to live these values everyday in the work that we do, in the people we partner with, in what we give and in the ice cream we make!

With a Molly and Myles Ice Cream fundraiser there is no need to solicit for donations. Our program utilizes coupons that you distribute to supporters of your organization. For every coupon presented, we give your organization a percentage of the sales - and who can resist eating ice cream for a good cause!

Ice Cream is not a word, it is an emotion and like emotions our ice cream changes each and every day. We currate our ice cream from more than 5 dairies throughout the US based on quality of flavor and more importantly based on what our customers say are their favorites.
Think of Molly and Myles Ice Cream as your own scientific ice cream lab whereas you are never limited to one brand of ice cream and it is always fresh, different and special everytime you come to our shop.
We also understand that there are different dieatary needs and for that reason we always feature gluten free and dairy free selection.
All of our baked goods are prepared on-site so we are unable to provide a nut free environment.
